These Terms of Service govern your use of the SpotBooker platform. By accessing or using SpotBooker, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Service Description

SpotBooker is a SaaS platform for managing shared resources such as meeting rooms, parking spots, vehicles, and desks. We provide tools for booking, managing, and tracking resource usage within organizations.

Account Registration

To use SpotBooker, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use SpotBooker only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not use the service to transmit harmful content, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or interfere with other users' use of the service.

Subscription and Billing

SpotBooker offers free and paid plans. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds are provided in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Intellectual Property

SpotBooker and its content, features, and functionality are owned by MSL Innov and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your data remains yours; we claim no ownership over content you upload.

Limitation of Liability

SpotBooker is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. MSL Innov shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Paris, France.
